1. Patch your minecraft if you are going to use a HD texture pack (32x32 or more). (if you don't know how to do this click this link)
*You have to follow this step only once.
2. Download the texture pack you like.
3. Go to .minecraft/texturepacks/ folder (if you don't know how to do this click this link) or press go to Mods and Texture packs and click Open texture packs folder.
4. Paste the .zip archive here
5. Select your texture pack
6. Play!
